Ex GST. Venue sales are till sales plus functions on the day they ran (Square), labour is Employment Hero, wholesale is the CRMs by delivery date, stock is the ERPs. Tap a card to open its tab; hover or tap a sparkline for each point.
Worked out from every tab each time the data refreshes, biggest dollar gap first.
Square net sales, ex GST. Comparisons are left blank where the earlier period was not trading.
Every sale paid by Square invoice: function packages, pre-orders, deposits and the odd non-function invoice. Each counts on the function date on the invoice, else a date written in its title, else the day it was paid. Till sales above and in the trend leave them out, so nothing is counted twice.
Average net sales per week by weekday and hour, last 12 weeks. The hour is when the bill was paid.
Net sales by group, last 15 months. Internal kitchen transfers are left out. Food at Busselton (until 10 Sep 2026) and Brunswick was sold for an outside kitchen.
Ex GST. Types are read from the discount names and are rough.
GST collected should be close to 10% of net sales. Lower means some Square items are set up without GST, which overstates net sales here and may understate GST on the BAS.
Labour cost is wages and super from Employment Hero timesheets, with each venue's uplift for salaried staff and leave, before payroll tax. Labour % is labour cost over the income the venue keeps (drinks only where an outside kitchen keeps the food takings), the way CTRL reports it.
Each venue day in the chosen period. Today is partial; shifts still open are costed at the person's recent hourly rate.
CTRL's fortnightly department reports beside the Employment Hero estimate for the same 14 days. The uplift is set so the two agree on average; a gap over 10% (shaded) usually means leave, salaried staff or back pay that timesheets do not show.
Ex GST, by delivery week, last 26 weeks. This week includes orders booked for later in the week.
Revenue less cost of goods (incl excise, logistics and container deposits) over revenue, complete weeks. Cost of goods is today's unit cost, so past weeks restate when costs change.
From the CRM's Quarter Benchmark. Target is the same quarter last year plus 25%. Every figure covers the same elapsed days of each quarter, so finished quarters show their first days only for margin and target; use the weekly chart for full-quarter margin.
Trade orders not yet delivered or due this week, and any delivered order that failed to send to Xero.
Accounts whose first delivery fell in the last 13 weeks, with what they have bought since. Internal accounts left out.
Worked out automatically each time the data refreshes. Up and down compare the latest stretch (4 weeks, 3 months or a quarter) with the same length before it, so one odd week does not set it off. Each one names the beers behind it.
Everything sold in the period at the place chosen above. Search by name, category or style; click a heading to sort.

One number per state. It pays every rep in that state who meets all four behaviours below.
The first target is last year's quarter total; the second needs more than 15% above it. Ex GST, excise included, delivered orders.
By day of the quarter. December is the biggest month, so the early pace moves a lot.
All four must be met by quarter end or no bonus is paid for the quarter. Meeting all four pays the behaviour amount, plus the team sales KPI.
Each quarter is added when it closes, with its figures frozen at the Rep Bonus Tracker's first weekday refresh after quarter end, so visits logged after that don't count. Q1 FY27 ran before the scheme started and is shown for reference only.
Scheme agreed October 2026. Rules marked proposed are for the sales manager to confirm before the first payout.
Airtable ERPs, Jindong and Brunswick. One Rock Candy brew turn (RC013J, 29 Sep) is logged as 27,774 L instead of about 2,777 L; it adds about 250 hL to brewed volume for the week of 28 Sep until it is corrected in the ERP.
Both sites, hL, last 26 weeks.
Kegs against cans (cubes and cartons), hL, last 16 weeks.
From the ERP tank records. Brite tank batch links are not kept up to date, and recorded tank sizes do not match the stated fleet.
Clean finished Jindong batches: hL packaged over hL to fermenter.
Packaging wastage, spoilage, damage and shrinkage at cost. There is no beer dump log with reasons.
From the Jindong and Brunswick ERPs, as they stand now. Retail value is units on hand at the ERP's front-line price: the trade list price per unit, ex GST, before account discounts (there is no consumer retail price on kegs). Raw materials are at landed cost (purchase price plus freight), ex GST.
Hamish's rule: core beer packed more than 60 days ago, limited releases more than 30. Core is Year Round, Non-Beer and Contract; collaborations, re-skins, seasonals and limited releases are limited (proposed grouping). Age comes from the packaging dates in the ERP, assuming the oldest stock sells first (proposed), so the units past the limit are those on hand beyond what was packed inside it. Stock with no packaging record counts as old, and Brunswick stock with no Brunswick packaging record uses Jindong's packaging dates for the same SKU (proposed).
Value at recorded cost of goods, which excludes excise; SKUs with no cost show "No cost". Retail value is at the front-line price, ex GST.
The SKUs the Finished stock at cost tile counts: on hand, with no cost of goods (or $0) in the ERP, so they add nothing to the value. Fix it in that site's ERP, Pricing | Inventory table, COGS Per Unit; it normally fills from a costed packaging run in Packaged Items. Where Jindong holds a cost for the same SKU it is shown as a guide.
Value of items with stock on hand. Short within 30 days is the ERP's own forecast against committed brews and packaging.
Ingredients, packaging, lab and site consumables in the ERP Inventory tables, retired items left out. Days of cover is on hand over the average daily use of the last 180 days (100 for packaging), Jindong only. Check flags negative stock, missing costs, more than a year of cover on items worth $5,000 or more, and items worth $1,000 or more not used in that time (proposed thresholds).
Flow meter readings. No readings have been entered since 1 September 2026.
Share of batches connected to the Dalum plant. Kilograms recovered are not logged, and energy, solar, battery and diesel readings are not in any reachable system.
Both sites. A pass needs visual, aroma, taste, mouthfeel and overall all true to target.
Share of each month's tests outside spec. ABV more than 0.3 points or gravity more than 0.5 °P off target count as out (working tolerances; Drew to confirm).
Open means not marked Done; only about a quarter of reports have ever been closed, so open counts overstate live issues.
Month to date against the months before. Google profile interactions are calls, website clicks and direction requests together; OneUp does not split out calls. Monthly history starts November 2025, so same month last year begins with November 2026. Targets are set in Admin.
Main account and the four venue accounts, posts only. Median reach is the middle post, so one viral post does not set it. Reel skip is the share of viewers who swiped past; lower is better.
Shares per 1,000 people reached, posts reaching 300 or more (proposed cut-off).
Rating is the profile's overall rating; views and actions are the last 30 days.
Main Instagram account and main Facebook page. Engagement rate is likes, comments and shares over reach; Facebook reports views rather than people reached, so its rates read lower and do not compare with Instagram.
Email (Klaviyo) results are not connected to the web app yet, so campaigns, flows and list growth show in the Claude dashboard only.
Online store revenue is attributed by Klaviyo. Venue spend by recipients is what people on the send later spent in our venues; it shows influence, not cause. Open rates are inflated by Apple Mail privacy.
Meta and Google ad spend: the Supermetrics connection's trial ended on 9 June 2026 and OneUp has no ad account, so paid media cost cannot be shown. The LinkedIn connection in OneUp has expired.
Confirmed, tentative and delivered bookings. Function revenue cannot be shown yet: quotes, minimum spends and actual spend are blank on the bookings.
From Context Dates and the Activation Calendar; ideas and cancelled items are left out.
Labour cost (wages, super and the venue's allowance for salaried staff and leave) against the income the venue keeps. Complete days only in the totals; today is still running.
Still clocked on from an earlier shift, unusually long, or never paid. Each one throws out the labour figures until it is fixed.
Nothing to fix.
Duty managers can sign in and use the Shift tab for your venue. They see totals only, never what one person costs. They sign in with the Google account at the email you enter here.
No duty managers yet.
Who can sign in, what they see, and the floor check the Shift tab uses. Every change is logged below.
Management see everything. Marketing see Marketing, Functions and events, and Notes. Venue managers see Shift and My venue for their venues, and can add duty managers there. Duty managers see Shift only. Nobody but management sees what one person costs.
The fewest people the Shift tab expects on: front of house including the duty manager, and kitchen until it closes. It only warns; it never stops anyone being sent home. Set a number to 0 to switch that check off.
Kitchens close an hour before the venue. Planned finishes default to these when nobody is rostered in Employment Hero.
Monthly targets that the headline cards draw a bar against, with a mark for where the month should be by now. Leave a box blank and save to clear it. Percentages can be typed as 28% or 0.28. Nothing shows a target until one is set here.
The last 100 changes made in this app: who, when, and the value before and after.
Labour before July 2025. Employment Hero history is loaded from 1 July 2025, so labour comparisons with last year start from July 2026 periods.
OpenTable experiences and bookings. No connector; still checked venue by venue in OpenTable.
Untappd and TripAdvisor reviews. Not connected; Google reviews are shown.
Weather. The page cannot reach weather services itself. Each morning's brief adds yesterday's Bureau of Meteorology observations for Busselton, Perth and Melbourne.
Meta ad spend. The Supermetrics trial ended on 9 June 2026, so paid social spend and results cannot be read.
Energy, solar, diesel and CO2 recovered. Not in any reachable system; the environmental compliance base is blocked by the Airtable connector.
Function revenue. Bookings carry no quoted value or minimum spend and no deposits are logged, so functions show bookings and guests only.
Budget. There is no FY27 budget by venue and month, so results are judged against last year and each venue's normal range.
